Tonia McNulty has specialised in personalised health therapy and holistic massage for over 8 years and is registered with the Massage Training Institute (MTI) Practitioners' Association.

Based in Norwich, Refresh is able to provide tailored treatments at your house with the use of a portable massage table, towels, oils and equipment within the NR post code (this service is for women only unless by personal recommendation).

Refresh also provides holistic massage and other health and beauty therapies at your workplace via tailored packages to suit your business.
