Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing treatment which has a profound effect on the whole person. Indian head massage aims to relax, revitalise and rejuvenate using reflex points in the scalp, neck and shoulders and specially designed strokes.

Available in 30 minute or 40 minute sessions, perfect if you're new to massage or short of time.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a process of touch a response. Treatments are adapted to each client’s unique needs, physical characteristics and personality. Holistic Massage involves working “with” you, rather than “to” you. This contrasts with other massage approaches, which may seek to “sort out” the client, regarding symptoms as problems “fixed”, such approach treats the body not as a person.

Holistic massage involves understanding the body’s structure, function and malfunction, assessing the effects on a particular client and the consequent links to massage technique. Holistic massage works on the individuals whole being – physical, mental and emotional via:-

  • Individual treatment using a wide range of massage skills working on physical, emotional and spiritual levels
